MORE HEALTH is partnering with the Florida Dental Health Foundation to pilot a statewide oral health educational campaign in four Florida cities: Tallahassee, Miami, Orlando and Jacksonville.
This three-week campaign began February 18 and will continue through March 10, 2013. Local Clear Channel radio stations and other web-based media are urging families to "Be Mouth Wise" by visiting the dentist and practicing good oral health habits.
For a limited time, the public has a chance to win $250 by registering at www.areyoumouthwise.com. Website visitors can locate a dentist based on geography, specialty and cost, learn about available programs and access statewide oral health resources.
MORE HEALTH and the Florida Dental Health Foundation engaged dentists and legislators as local oral health champions and are now asking oral health coalition members in the four pilot cities to promote the “Be Mouth Wise” campaign.
